When do my new points show in my rewards balance?

Points are not awarded until your order is packed up and finalized for shipping. This allows time for any needed changes before shipping your order. Once your order is packed up and you receive your shipping confirmation email, you will see your new reward points.


  • You must be signed into your user account in order to earn any reward points. If you forget to sign into your account prior to placing your order, contact us and we can get those points added for you.
