Mitragaia is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days from the date of delivery - WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING. No restocking fees!
1. Email email@example.com with your order number to receive your return authorization. If we shipped you the wrong product, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice.
2. We do not accept any returns after 30 days from date of delivery.
3. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you file a claim with Route (the company who insures your package) at https://claims.route.com/. Claims must be filed within five days of delivery. Route typically responds within 24 hours and with either refund or replace the damaged items. If any issues with the claim process, email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help resolve any issues.
4. To cancel an order, please contact Mitragaia as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will attempt to cancel your order and provide confirmation within 24 business hours. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse or we receive an email with photos of the contents being returned as well as the tracking number of your return package.
5. To exchange your purchase, simply contact Mitragaia to receive your return authorization and instructions. Your new order will ship within one business day. Please note, customer is responsible for return shipping.
6. Mitragaia only refunds for products and does not refund Shipping costs or the Insurance cost of your order. Refunds can be issued in Mitragaia Reward Points or a Cash Payment. We have multiple options for Cash Refunds.
Open Bag Return Policy
Please note that the return policy on open products differs from new products. Open products are not eligible for refunds. Any Open product can be exchanged or credited with Reward Points for a future order. To be eligible for a return/exchange, open packages must be sent back to our warehouse in original packaging and at the customers expense
