Why are payments from my bank no longer accepted?

If you are receiving the error message "We are no longer accepting payments from your bank", we apologize as we had to limit the number of banks we accept payments from due to large amounts of fraud/returns from smaller banks who do not follow the same reporting standards as the larger banks. This has led to a large amount of fraud/returns and we had to do something to try and stop this.


Please send an email to support@mitragaia.com with your bank's routing number so that we may look into your banking history. Once we look at the return/fraud history we will make a determination as to whether we can unblock your institution from our lists. Please give our team 12 hours to process these requests, before trying to place a new order.
