Does your shipping the order mean my order was paid for?

The short answer is no. Paying by ACH is very similar to writing a check. It can take up to seven business days for funds to be taken from your account. We verify your information against a national database of known fraud accounts. Once your account passes the database, we ship your order. This is to make sure our customers don't have to wait up to two weeks to receive the order after you place it. We trust that you made your payment in good faith. Payments can be returned to us after the order ships in which you assume the responsibility to pay for all returned payments.
